Napkin: Custom Generation & Elastic Designs

If you read my newsletter, you know I’m a big fan of Napkin, a free and simple tool to generate AI visuals in seconds. I’ve used it to add images to various tomdaccord.com pages and my posts.

Napkin has some great custom-generation features, For example, you can upload your own reference images alongside text prompts. You can also tweak the level of abstraction, color palette, and more.

Napkin now includes Elastic Designs, a feature where visuals scale automatically with your content and support more elements. Watch their video introduction to learn more.

Tom’s Take: Napkin is great for educators who need clear, informative, and attractive visuals for presentations, handouts, and similar materials. It’s fast and easy. However, Napkin is in beta and likely will not be free forever, so leverage it now!
